Inbox Assignment

With "Inbox Assignment," you can classify the uploaded files into the appropriate inbox and automatically notify the user.

  1. Select the Pending Action Items and choose the appropriate inbox.

  1. The file name becomes the default title of the item, but you can edit it before assigning it to the inbox.

  1. You can select the location of the original mail item.

  1. Once you have edited the Inbox, Title, and Location, click on "Assign & Mark as completed" to mark it. An automatic notification will be sent to the user of the assigned inbox.
