How to Request Mail Forwarding
You can request mail forwarding using the following steps:
- Select the mail items you want to forward from the list of mail items.

Click "Forward" icon.

Click “Add new address” to register the recipient information.
- Fill in the recipient details, including the forwarding address, recipient name, and phone number. Click “Save Changes”.
- Choose the recipient information and delivery method, and click “Request Forward”.
That's it! You can easily request mail forwarding.We’ll forward it within 2 business days.
