Getting Started with the Service
Q: Is participation in an online meeting mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory. To prevent misuse of MailMate's address, we kindly ask you to join the online meeting with your camera turned on. During the meeting, we will confirm the purpose of your use and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Q: What payment methods are available?
We primarily accept credit cards and debit cards. For corporate customers, bank transfers may be arranged upon request. Please contact us for more details.
Q: How long does it take to complete the registration process?
For individuals with a valid My Number Card or Japanese driver’s license, the process can take as little as one business day. For Japanese corporations, it typically takes about one week. For individuals with government-issued IDs from foreign countries or foreign corporations, the process may take anywhere from one week to one month.
