Q: Is there a minimum contract period?

No, there is no minimum contract period. You can use the service starting from just one month. However, if you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, a reactivation fee of ¥10,000 will apply.

Q: Are there any conditions for the 30-day money-back guarantee?

No, there are no conditions. If you cancel within 30 days of the service start date (the initial payment date), you will receive a full refund. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations made after 30 days from the service start date.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

Please contact us at support@mailmate.jp at least one month prior to your desired cancellation date. At that time, please let us know whether you would like any currently held mail to be "discarded" or "forwarded."

For customers who have submitted a mail forwarding request, you will need to submit a new forwarding request. It typically takes about one week for the new forwarding to take effect, so we recommend making changes well in advance.
