Document Scanning
When we receive your physical mail at our office, we will first upload the outside of the mail to your account, and once you request opening, we will then open, scan, and upload the contents inside.
All documents are converted into high-resolution PDFs and stored securely in your online archive, allowing you to access them anytime, from anywhere in the world.
Security
We are P-Mark certified and supported by a CISSP- and CREST-certified security team.
All physical mail is handled in a secure facility with 24/7 surveillance. Once digitized, your documents are protected using 256-bit encryption and stored safely in your account.
Pricing Notes
Each plan includes a set number of mail opens per month (for example, 5 on the Launch plan, 15 on the Multinational plan, and 25 on the Concierge plan).
If you exceed the included number, additional mail opens are charged at ¥180 per item. For longer documents, pages beyond the first 10 pages are charged at ¥10 per page.
